Exclusion Criteria:
* History of heart defect * Pregnancy or positive pregnancy test * History of uncontrolled asthma defined for this study as requiring use of rescue inhaler ≥ 2 times in past month * Symptoms of respiratory infection (loose or productive cough or wheeze), chest tightness, or sinus infection within past week * Baseline oximetry at MRI visit of less than 95% on room air or less than 95% on a previously prescribed dosage of oxygen delivered by nasal cannula * Participant is claustrophobic and unable to tolerate the imaging. * Standard MRI exclusions (metal, implants)

MASA Valve Early Feasibility Study (MVEFS)

The MASA Valve Early Feasibility Study (MVEFS) multi-site interventional clinical trial within the United States of America with each center following a common protocol.The objective of the trial is to evaluate the safety and probable benefit of MASA Valve in the indicated subset of patients requiring Right Ventricular Outflow Tract Reconstruction (RVOTR). As an early feasibility study, the purpose is determine the feasibility of success of the device in order to gather early data towards a future pivotal study and/or regulatory clearance submission.

Inclusion Criteria:

• At least one of the following: Right Ventricular to Pulmonary Artery mean gradient \> 35mm Hg, moderate or severe Pulmonary regurgitation (≥3+), or clinical indication for replacement of their native or prosthetic pulmonary valve with a prosthesis.
• Age \< 22 years
• Patient is geographically stable and willing to return for 1 year follow-up for the trial.
• Patient's legal guardian should be willing to provide informed consent (IC) at the hospital location where they are being enrolled.
• The patient, and the patient's parent / legal representative where appropriate, and the treating physician agree that the subject will return for all required post-procedure follow up visits and the subject will comply with clinical investigation plan required follow-up visits.
Exclusion Criteria:

• Patient is in need of or has presence of a prosthetic heart valve at any other position
• Patient has a need for concomitant surgical procedures (non-cardiac)
• Patients with previously implanted pacemaker (including defibrillators) or mechanical valves
• Patient has an active bacterial or viral infection or requiring current antibiotic therapy (if temporary illness, patient may be a candidate 4 weeks after discontinuation of antibiotics)
• Patient has an active endocarditis
• Leukopenia, according to local laboratory evaluation of white blood cell count
• Acute or chronic anemia, according to local laboratory evaluation of hemoglobin Patients can be transfused to meet eligibility criteria
• Thrombocytopenia, defined as Platelet count \< 150,000/mm3 Patients can be transfused to meet eligibility criteria
• Severe chest wall deformity, which would preclude placement of the PV conduit
• Known hypersensitivity to anticoagulants and antiplatelet drugs and to the device materials
• Immunocompromised patient defined as: autoimmune disease, patients receiving immunosuppressant drugs or immune stimulant drugs
• Patient has chronic inflammatory / autoimmune disease
• Need for emergency cardiac or vascular surgery or intervention
• Major or progressive non-cardiac disease (liver failure, renal failure, cancer) that has a life expectancy of less than one year

Donor-Derived Viral Specific T-cells (VSTs) (VSTs)

In this research study, the investigators want to learn more about the use of donor-derived viral specific T-cells (VSTs) to treat viral infections that occur after allogeneic stem cell transplant. A viral specific T cell is a T lymphocyte (a type of white blood cell) that kills cells that are infected (particularly with viruses). Allogeneic means the stem cells come from another person. These VSTs are cells specially designed to fight the virus infections that can happen after a bone marrow transplant. The investigators are asking people who have undergone or will undergo an allogeneic stem cell transplant to enroll in this research study, because viral infections are a common problem after allogeneic stem cell transplant and can cause significant complications including death. Stem cell transplant reduces a person's ability to fight infections. There is an increased risk of getting new viral infections or reactivation of viral infections that the patient has had in the past, such as cytomegalovirus (CMV), Epstein-Barr virus (EBV), adenovirus (ADV), BK virus (BKV), and JC virus. There are anti-viral medicines available to treat these infections, though not all patients will respond to the standard treatments. Moreover, treatment of viral infections is expensive and time consuming, with families often administering prolonged treatments with intravenous anti-viral medications, or patients requiring prolonged admissions to the hospital. The medicines can also have side effects like damage to the kidneys or reduction in the blood counts, so in this study the investigators are trying to find an easier way to treat these infections.

Biomarker and Renal Angina Validation to Assess Heart-Kidney Outcomes After Amino Acid Therapy (BRAVE-HEART)

The goal of the BRAVE-HEART study is to learn if an amino acid infusion can reduce the risk of developing acute kidney injury after cardiac surgery in children. The main questions it aims to answer are: 1. Does an amino acid infusion decrease the number of participants with acute kidney injury? 2. Does an amino acid infusion decrease the number of days that participants are on a ventilator after cardiac surgery? Researchers will compare amino acids to a placebo (a look-alike substance that contains no drug) to see if amino acids decrease the number of participants with acute kidney injury. Participants will receive an amino acid or placebo infusion for up to 72 hours starting during cardiac surgery and only while in the operating room or the intensive care unit.

* Expected to be at high risk of developing acute kidney injury after cardiac surgery based on Age, The Society of Thoracic Surgeons-European Association for Cardio-Thoracic Surgery (STAT) score, and anticipated cardiopulmonary bypass time * Age less than or equal to 18 years * Weight greater than or equal to 5 kilograms

Open-Label Study of mRNA-3927 in Participants With Propionic Acidemia

This 3-part, Phase 1/2 study is designed to characterize the safety, tolerability, and pharmacological activity (as assessed by biomarker measurements) and to determine the selected dose of mRNA-3927 in participants with genetically confirmed propionic acidemia (PA). After establishing a dose with an acceptable safety and pharmacodynamic (PD) response for participants ≥1 year of age in Part 1, participants will be enrolled in Part 2 (which will serve as the pivotal study) to allow for determination of the efficacy, safety, and PD of mRNA-3927. Part 3 will evaluate the safety, efficacy and PD response of mRNA-3927 in infants (\<1 year of age).

Inclusion Criteria:
Participants ≥1 year of age are eligible to be included in the study only if all of the following criteria apply: * ≥ 8 years of age at the time of consent/assent if enrolled as 1 of the first 2 participants in Part 1. * ≥1 year of age at the time of consent/assent if enrolled after the first 2 participants in Part 1. * Confirmed diagnosis of PA based on diagnosis by molecular genetic testing via central laboratory (PCCA and/or PCCB mutations). * Part 2 only: At least one documented MDE in the 12-month period before consent. Participants \<1 Year of Age : * Identification by newborn screening shortly after birth or having suspected PA by presenting with a spectrum of metabolic symptoms, and having a sibling diagnosed with PA. Participant may enter the Screening Period while awaiting genetic testing results, provided that all other eligibility criteria are met but would not be enrolled until diagnosis of PA is confirmed. * For infants in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) only: ≥37 weeks gestational age at the time of birth without other conditions/comorbidities that in the opinion of the Investigator may interfere with the interpretation of study results. * Body weight ≥3 kilograms (kg) at Screening. * At least 1 documented PA-related event prior to Screening defined as the following criteria: * Clinical signs of metabolic deterioration consistent with PA (for example, vomiting, not feeding well/poor suck, heavy breathing, lethargy, absence of proper perfusion, abnormal movements including bicycling, abnormal tone, low body temperature, seizure\[s\]), OR * Meeting the criteria of MDE definition, OR * Evidence of laboratory abnormalities as evidenced by at least one of the following: * Metabolic acidosis with elevated anion gap. * Acute hyperammonemia. * Neutropenia or thrombocytopenia.
Exclusion Criteria:
Participants of all ages are excluded from the study if during Screening any of the following criteria apply: * Any individual with laboratory abnormalities considered to be clinically significant (for example, markedly out of range, associated with clinical symptoms) in the Investigator or Sponsor's opinion that could interfere with or limit the participation in the study. * Estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) \<30 milliliters (mL)/minute/1.73 square meter (m\^2) for participants of all ages receiving chronic dialysis. * History of organ transplantation or planned organ transplantation during the period of study participation. * Corrected QT interval (QTc) \>480 milliseconds (ms) using Bazett's correction. * Grade 3 or 4 heart failure according to the Modified Ross Heart Failure Classification for Children or the New York Heart Association Classification. * Pregnant or breastfeeding. * Other clinically significant conditions that in the Investigator's opinion could interfere with the safety of the participant, the interpretation of study results, or limit the participation in the study.

ADHD PreSMA Response Inhibition Therapy

ADHD children have abnormal inhibitory control, meaning they have trouble stopping themselves from doing something they should not do. This ability to control involves an area in the brain called the pre-supplementary motor area (pre-SMA). Scientists have previously shown that the pre-SMA is abnormal in ADHD patients. In this study, we will use Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) to stimulate the pre-SMA and determine the effects on measures that are related to inhibitory control.

Inclusion Criteria:

• ADHD diagnosis
• Ages 12-17 years
• Stimulant use is allowed but must be discontinued 24 hours prior to and during days of TMS visit
Exclusion Criteria:

• Medical conditions contraindicated or associated with altered TMS risk profile, including history of intracranial pathology, epilepsy or seizure disorders, traumatic brain injury, brain tumor, stroke, intellectual disability, cerebral palsy, neurodegenerative conditions, hearing impairment, metallic objects in the head or any other serious medical condition
• Presence of any implanted medical devices (e.g., ports, shunts, stimulators, cochlear implants)
• For biological females who are post-menarche, current pregnancy based on urine pregnancy test.
• Baseline problem of hearing impairment or chronic tinnitus
• Any clinically significant finding on brain MRI
• History of DSM-5 conduct disorder, major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, anxiety disorder, psychotic disorder
• Non-stimulant medication(s) for ADHD (e.g., alpha2 adrenergic agonist, atomoxetine, tricyclics)
• Neuroleptic/antipsychotic medication(s)
• Inability to undergo MRI
• Active suicidality, history of suicidality, or high risk for suicide as assessed by a study physician
• Substance abuse or dependence within the past year, based on 1) separate screening process of asking parent/guardian and participant, and 2) positive urine drug screen. Exception will be made for positive urine drug screen due to prescribed ADHD medication

* Medical records or data available from previous clinical care prior to June 20, 2019 of pregnant females with SCD, including women who miscarried, had a still birth, or completed labor at any gestational stage, with any hydroxyurea exposure during either pregnancy and/or while breastfeeding. * Medical records or data available from previous clinical care prior to June 20, 2019 about pregnancy and breastfeeding outcomes, both for babies with hydroxyurea exposure and other babies by these same women.

Inclusion Criteria:

• Adolescents that are 12 through 17 years old (including 17 year olds who will turn 18 years old during the course of the study).
• Are brought to the Emergency Department (ED) due to suicidal thoughts or behaviors
• Require a higher level of care (OCIC or Inpatient) indicated by clinician determination and a CHRT-SR score of 15 to 52.
• The presence of a legal guardian
• Capable of giving signed informed consent/assent, which includes compliance with the requirements and restrictions listed in the informed consent form (ICF) and in this protocol.
Exclusion Criteria:

• Adolescents with suicidal thoughts that place themselves at a serious imminent risk of suicide based on clinical judgment.
• Adolescents who require 24 hour/day supervision but no adult can provide 24 hour/day supervision outside of the hospital
• Adolescents without the ability to read and answer survey questions
• Adolescents that are non-English speaking due to the scales and surveys that are used for this study only being available in English.

Markers of Trajectory in Pediatric CRPS

Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) is a severe and complex chronic pain condition in children. Many psychosocial factors impact its development and recovery. CRPS has a strong central component, which is reflected by structural and functional changes in the brain. However, the interaction between these cerebral changes and trajectory of recovery has been seldom investigated to date. Furthermore, interactions between cerebral changes and psychosocial factors, which might affect trajectory of recovery, are unknown. The aim of this study is to identify the psychosocial factors and cerebral changes that predict the trajectory of recovery from CRPS. Children between the ages of 10 and 17 years will be enrolled with one of their parents or legal guardians for this study. Three populations will be recruited: patients with CRPS undergoing treatment at the Functional Independence Restoration Program (FIRST), patients with CRPS undergoing treatment at the Pain Management Center and matching healthy controls. Participants will undergo three sessions: the first session will be scheduled immediately before or as soon as possible at the beginning of the patients' treatment; the second session will take place at the end of the patients' treatment; the last session will be scheduled six months post-treatment. The timing of the sessions of the healthy participants will follow a schedule similar to the FIRST patients. Each session will last approximately three hours and include acquisition of psychosocial, psychophysical, and brain imaging data in the child participants, as well as acquisition of psychosocial data in the parent participants.

Outpatients: * Diagnosis of CRPS * Scheduled for or beginning the usual outpatient treatment for CRPS at the pain management clinic Healthy children: \- No diagnosis of chronic pain. Parents: * Fluent in English * Child participating in the study
Exclusion Criteria:
All child participants: * Weight/size incompatible with MRI scanner * Identification of brain, neurologic, or severe psychiatric abnormalities beyond those normally associated with chronic pain. * Documented developmental delays or impairment * Any MRI contra-indication, including * Braces, stents, clips, pace-maker or other metal implants affecting the safety of the participants in the scanner and/or the quality of the images * pregnancy * claustrophobia

Targeted Pediatric High-Grade Glioma Therapy

The goal of this study is to perform genetic sequencing on brain tumors from children, adolescents, and young adult patients who have been newly diagnosed with a high-grade glioma. This molecular profiling will decide if patients are eligible to participate in a subsequent treatment-based clinical trial based on the genetic alterations identified in their tumor.

Inclusion Criteria:

• Age: Patients must be ≥12 months and ≤39 years of age at the time of enrollment onto this screening protocol.
• Diagnosis: Patients with newly diagnosed HGG, including DIPG are eligible. Diagnosis must have histologic confirmation from biopsy or resection. The diagnosis of HGG must have been confirmed by pathology review at the local site. For the diagnosis of DIPG, patients must have a tumor with pontine epicenter and diffuse involvement of at least 2/3 of the pons, with histopathology consistent with diffuse WHO grade 2-4 glioma (eg, diffuse astrocytoma, anaplastic astrocytoma, glioblastoma, H3K27-altered diffuse midline glioma). For all other tumors, histologic grade must be WHO grade 3-4.
• Disease Status: There are no disease status requirements for enrollment. * Measurable disease is not required. Patients without measurable disease are eligible. * Patients with metastatic/disseminated or multifocal disease or gliomatosis cerebri are eligible. * Patients with a primary spinal tumor are eligible. * Patients with secondary, radiation related HGG are eligible.
• Prior Therapy for HGG: Surgery, radiation, and/or dexamethasone are permissible. Temozolomide concurrent with radiation is permissible. Prior administration of avastin/bevacizumab is allowed (individual treatment arms have different washout period requirements, check individual arm eligibility). No other prior anticancer therapy for HGG will be allowed. * Participants screening for assignment to TarGeT-L may not have received radiation. Timing from surgery to start of RT: For patients who have started RT, radiation must have started \<42 days from definitive surgery or biopsy, however it is strongly recommended patients start RT within 31 days from definitive surgery (if patient had two surgeries, radiation must have started within 31 days from second surgery).
• Tumor Sample Availability OR results from previous molecular profiling/targeted sequencing * If a patient screens through OPTION #1, tumor sample in addition to normal comparator tissue (peripheral blood, saliva, or buccal swab) must be submitted for comprehensive molecular screening at the time of screening enrollment. * If a patient screens through OPTIONS #2 or #3, results from previously performed molecular profiling must be submitted following enrollment. It is highly recommended that results be uploaded within 7 days of enrollment (if results are available at time of enrollment) or within 7 days of results becoming available (if pending at time of enrollment) to allow adequate time for central review.
• Informed Consent: All patients and/or their parents or legally authorized representatives must sign a written informed consent. Assent, when appropriate, will be obtained according to institutional guidelines.
• Enrollment timeline: Patients are eligible to enroll on the TarGeT-SCR anytime between diagnosis and the following specific timepoints post completion of RT (if relevant) * Patients screening through OPTION #1 are eligible to enroll anytime between diagnosis and 10 days post RT (if completing RT). * Patients screening through OPTIONS #2 or #3 are eligible to enroll anytime between diagnosis and 21 days post RT (if completing RT). * Participants screening for TarGeT-L (lorlatinib) are eligible to enroll on TarGeT-SCR anytime between diagnosis and 31 days post definitive surgery (to allow time for molecular review). However, it is important to note the following: * For treatment protocols that include targeted therapy administered concurrently with RT, patients must start treatment within 10 calendar days of starting RT. * For treatment protocols that only include maintenance/adjuvant therapy (no systemic therapy given concurrently with radiation), patients must start treatment by 35 days post RT #SCREENING OPTIONS * OPTION1: Molecular screening through CONNECT TarGeT Clinical Testing Laboratories * OPTION2: Molecular screening through a national comprehensive tumor profiling program * OPTION3: Clinically validated targeted sequencing or focused profiling

Epilepsy Journey-An Executive Functioning Intervention for Teens With Epilepsy

The goal of this multi-site clinical trial is to determine the effectiveness of two components of a web-based intervention (Epilepsy Journey) to improve executive functioning in adolescents with epilepsy. The two components include web-based modules and problem-solving telehealth sessions with a therapist focused on executive functioning. This trial aims to answer the following questions: 1. Which components of Epilepsy Journey (web-based modules or telehealth sessions with a therapist) are essential for improving executive functioning in adolescents with epilepsy? 2. Which components of Epilepsy Journey (web-based modules or telehealth sessions with a therapist) are essential for improving quality of life in adolescents with epilepsy? Participants will be randomly assigned to one of four groups: 1) Epilepsy Journey web-based modules and telehealth sessions, 2) Epilepsy Journey web-based modules only, 3) telehealth sessions with a therapist only, or 4) treatment as usual. Participants will: * Independently review Epilepsy Journey web-based modules focused on executive functioning skills (\~15-30 minutes) and/or have weekly telehealth sessions (\~30-45 minutes) with a therapist for 14 weeks. * Complete measures of executive functioning (parent and teen-report) and quality of life (teen-report) at the start of the study, 14-, 26-, and 66- weeks after randomization. The NIH toolbox will be completed at the start of the study and 26-weeks after randomization. Additional measures will also be collected.

Inclusion Criteria:

• Age between 13-17 years at the time of enrollment
• Child lives at home with primary caregiver and is enrolled in school (excluding summer breaks).
• Confirmed diagnosis of epilepsy with seizures that are categorized as either generalized or focal in onset. Epilepsy is defined as: 1) At least two unprovoked seizures occurring more than 24-hours apart; or 2) One unprovoked seizure and a probability of further seizures similar to the general recurrence risk after two unprovoked seizures.

• Screening Inclusion: On the parent-reported Behavior Rating Inventory of Executive Function-2nd edition (BRIEF-2), have executive functioning deficits defined as at least 2 subclinical (60\ • Parent/legal guardian(s) willing to sign an IRB approved informed consent
• Participant willing to sign an Institutional Review Board approved assent
Exclusion Criteria:

• Parent or clinician-reported history in the adolescent of:
• developmental delay (e.g., autism spectrum disorder, pervasive development disorder, history of services for developmental delay or intellectual impairment in the past 5 years, known IQ\<70)
• severe mental illness (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, eating disorder within the past 12 months, depression with active suicidal ideation or suicidal ideation/intent in the past 3 months)
• prior (3-months) or current history of trauma and/or stressor-related disorders (e.g. PTSD)
• recent or current significant medical disease (i.e., cardiovascular, hepatic, renal, gynecologic, musculoskeletal, metabolic or endocrine)
• brain injury or brain tumor; and/or
• epilepsy surgery
• any other medical and/or psychological condition that takes treatment precedence over the study intervention
• Clinician-reported diagnosis in the adolescent of
• epilepsy whose seizures are categorized only as either unknown onset or unclassified onset (defined as insufficient information to determine onset)
• epilepsy currently being treated at the time of enrollment by 3 or more antiseizure medications (ASMs) (excluding rescue medication use)
• epilepsy with a history of failure to achieve seizure freedom despite adequate use of 4 different anti-seizure medications
• a confirmed or suspected epileptic encephalopathy (e.g., electrical status epilepticus in sleep, Landau Kleffner syndrome, West syndrome)
• a confirmed or suspected progressive and degenerative disorder (e.g., mitochondrial disorders, metabolic disorders, autoimmune disorders)
• one or more episodes of status epilepticus within the 24 weeks prior to enrollment; and/or
• treatable causes of seizures, for example identified etiologies including metabolic, neoplastic, or active infectious origin.

AWARE: Management of ADHD in Autism Spectrum Disorder

This study is a pragmatic clinical trial examining the comparative effectiveness of two stimulant medications (methylphenidate and amphetamine) in the treatment of ADHD in children and adolescents with autism. Using a sequential, multiple assignment randomization trial (SMART) design the study will not only assess these two medications but also the role of an increasingly popular class of ADHD medication, the alpha-2 agonists. Findings from this study will help improve clinicians' approach to medication selection and reduce the repeated trials of multiple medications that are current standard care.

Inclusion Criteria:

• Participant and/or legal caregiver must be willing and able to give informed consent/assent for participation in this study.
• Participant and/or legal caregiver must be willing and able (in the Investigator's opinion) to comply with all study requirements.
• Participant must be between 4 and 17 years of age (inclusive) at time of enrollment.
• Participant must have a confirmed diagnosis of ASD based on supportive evidence (e.g. referring physician's report, medical records, such as ADOS or CARS, etc.).
• Participant must have the ability to consistently take medication (via pill, liquid or mixed with food/liquid).
• Participant must have a confirmed diagnosis of ADHD (based upon DSM-5 criteria and supportive evidence).
• Participant must have a consistent reporter (e.g., parent) who spends regular time with the child.
• Participant can be on other psychotropic medications (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI), atypical antipsychotic, anticonvulsant) if dose has been stable for \> 4 weeks prior to consent with no plans for a dose change during the study.
• It has been at least 7 days since the participant last took an ADHD medication and the presiding clinician believes this to be a sufficient amount of time.
• Caregiver must be sufficiently fluent in English or Spanish to be able to complete questionnaires relevant to this study.
Exclusion Criteria:

• Participant has taken ADHD medication within the past 7 days.
• Participant is not stable on other medications (\< 4 weeks).
• Any other risk factor that might prevent patient from safely taking the study medications. * There are no inclusion/exclusion criteria based upon participant IQ. We will include individuals across the entire range of cognition, just as practitioners are asked to treat ADHD in children with ASD across the entire IQ range.
DRUG: Randomization to either Amphetamine (AMP) class of stimulant medication or Methylphenidate (MPH) class of stimulant medication, DRUG: Randomization to either Alpha 2 agonist class of medication or alternate class of stimulant.

Inclusion Criteria:
* Patients must be ≥ 1 year and ≤31 years of age at the time of enrollment on the study. * Patients must have a diagnosis of neuroblastoma either by histologic verification of neuroblastoma and/or demonstration of tumor cells in the bone marrow with increased urinary catecholamines. * Patients must have high-risk neuroblastoma according to COG risk classification at the time of study registration. Patients whose disease was initially considered low or intermediate risk but then reclassified as high-risk neuroblastoma prior to enrollment also meet this criteria. * Patients must have at least ONE of the following: 1\) Recurrent/progressive disease after the diagnosis of high risk neuroblastoma at any time prior to enrollment - regardless of response to frontline therapy. (Note that this excludes patients initially considered low or intermediate risk that progressed to high risk disease but have not progressed after the diagnosis of high risk neuroblastoma). 2\) If no prior history of recurrent/progressive disease since the diagnosis of high-risk neuroblastoma, 2a) Refractory disease: A best overall response of no response/stable disease since diagnosis of high-risk neuroblastoma AND after at least 4 courses of induction therapy. 2b) Persistent disease: A best overall response of partial response since diagnosis of high-risk neuroblastoma AND after at least 4 courses of induction therapy * Patients must have at least ONE of the following (lesions may have received prior radiation therapy as long as they meet the other criteria listed below) based on institutional assessment: 1\) Bone Sites
• a) MIBG avid tumors: patients must meet one of the following criteria: a. Patients with recurrent/progressive or refractory disease: i. Must have at least one MIBG avid bone site on planar imaging OR ii. Must have \> 2 avid bone lesions on SPECT. iii. A biopsy is not required unless the above imaging criteria are not met. b. Patients with persistent disease: i. If a patient has 3 or more MIBG avid sites by planar or SPECT imaging (including soft tissue and/or bone), then no biopsy is required. ii. If a patient has only 1 or 2 MIBG avid sites by planar or SPECT imaging (including soft tissue and/or bone) then biopsy confirmation of neuroblastoma and/or ganglioneuroblastoma in at least one MIBG avid site present at the time of enrollment is required. Bone lesions may be biopsied at any time point prior to enrollment. 1b) For MIBG non-avid tumors, patients must have biopsy confirmation of neuroblastoma and/or ganglioneuroblastoma from a lesion at any time prior to enrollment of at least one site (with or without FDG-PET uptake). 2\) Bone Marrow Any amount of tumor cells in the bone marrow (including neuroblasts, mature and maturing ganglion cells) done at the time of study enrollment based on routine morphology and/or immunohistochemistry in at least one sample from bilateral aspirates and biopsies. 3\) Soft Tissue Sites 3a) At least one soft tissue lesion that meets criteria for a TARGET lesion as defined by:
• SIZE: Lesion can be accurately measured in at least one dimension with a longest diameter ≥ 10 mm, or for discrete lymph nodes ≥ 15mm on short axis. Lesions meeting size criteria will be considered measurable.
• In addition to size, a lesion needs to meet ONE of the following criteria except for patients with parenchymal CNS lesions which will only need to meet size criteria:
• For MIBG avid tumors: lesion must be MIBG avid and meet one of the following criteria:
• For patients with recurrent/progressive or refractory disease: i. No biopsy is required
• For patients with persistent disease: i. If a patient has 3 or more MIBG avid sites by planar or SPECT imaging (including soft tissue and/or bone), then no biopsy is required. ii. If a patient has only 1 or 2 MIBG avid sites by planar or SPECT imaging (including soft tissue and/or bone), then biopsy confirmation of neuroblastoma and/or ganglioneuroblastoma in at least one MIBG avid site present at the time of enrollment is required. Soft tissue lesions may be biopsied at any time point prior to enrollment. b. For MIBG non-avid tumors, patient must have biopsy confirmation of neuroblastoma and/or ganglioneuroblastoma at any time prior to enrollment from soft tissue lesion (with or without FDG uptake) present at time of enrollment. 3b) At least one non-target soft tissue lesion that is not measurable, but had a biopsy positive for neuroblastoma and/or ganglioneuroblastoma at any time prior to enrollment OR is MIBG avid on planar imaging. * Patients must have a Lansky (≤ 16 years) or Karnofsky (\> 16 years) score of ≥ 50 (Appendix I). Note: Patients who are unable to walk because of paralysis, but who are up in a wheelchair, will be considered ambulatory for the purpose of assessing the performance score. * Patients must have fully recovered from the acute toxic effects of all prior chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or radiotherapy prior to study registration. * Patients must not have received the therapies indicated below after disease evaluation or within the specified time period prior to registration on this study as follows:
• Myelosuppressive chemotherapy: must not have received within 2 weeks prior to registration.
• Biologic anti-neoplastics- agents not known to be associated with reduced platelet or ANC counts (including retinoids): must not have received within 7 days prior to registration.
• Monoclonal antibodies: must not have received last dose within 14 days of registration and resolution of all toxicities.
• Cellular Therapy (e.g. modified T cells, NK cells, dentritic cells etc.): must not have received within 3 weeks and resolution of all toxicities.
• Radiation: must not have received small port radiation within 7 days prior to registration, large field radiation within 12 weeks, and 131I-MIBG therapy or other radiopharmaceutical within 6 weeks.
• Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplant- none following myeloblative therapy within 6 weeks
• Any other investigational agents (covered under another IND within 14 days
• Strong inducers or inhibitors of CYP3A4 * Hematologic Function: NOTE: No short acting hematopoietic growth factors within 7 days of blood draw documenting eligibility and no long-acting hematopoietic growth factors within 14 days of blood draw documenting eligibility
• Absolute Neutrophil count ≥750/µL
• Platelet count ≥ 75,000/µL, transfusion independent (no platelet transfusions within 7 days of blood draw documenting eligibility) Patients with known bone marrow metastatic disease will be eligible for study as long as they meet hematologic function criteria above. * Renal Function Patients must have adequate renal function defined as age-adjusted serum creatinine ≤1.5 ULN for age * Liver Function
• Total bilirubin ≤ 1.5 x ULN for age; and,
• SGPT (ALT) ≤ 135 U/L (≤ 3x ULN). Note that for ALT, the upper limit of normal for all sites is defined as 45 U/L. * Cardiac Function
• Normal ejection fraction (≥ 55%) documented by either echocardiogram OR
• Normal fractional shortening (≥ 27%) documented by echocardiogram * Pulmonary Function No evidence of dyspnea at rest * Reproductive Function All females ≥ Tanner stage 2 and post-menarchal of childbearing potential must have a negative beta-HCG within 7 days prior to study registration. Males and females of reproductive age and childbearing potential must commit to using effective contraception for the duration of their participation. * Central Nervous System (CNS) Patients with a history of intraparenchymal or leptomeningeal based CNS disease must have no clinical or radiological evidence of active CNS disease at the time of study enrollment. Patients with skull-based tumors with direct intracranial extension are eligible as long as there are no neurologic signs or symptoms related to the lesion.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Patients who are pregnant, breast feeding, or unwilling to use effective contraception during the study * Patients who, in the opinion of the investigator, may not be able to comply with the safety monitoring requirements of the study. * Patients with disease of any major organ system that would compromise their ability to withstand therapy. * Patients with \> Grade 2 diarrhea. * Patients who have undergone a prior allogeneic stem cell or solid organ transplant. * Patients who are on hemodialysis. * Patients with an active or uncontrolled infection. Patients on prolonged antifungal therapy are still eligible if they are culture negative, afebrile, and meet other organ function criteria. * Patients with known history of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection, hepatitis B, or hepatitis C. Testing is not required in the absence of clinical findings or suspicion. * Patients must not have been diagnosed with any other malignancy. * Patients with history of Grade 4 Allergic reactions to anti-GD2 antibody therapy or reactions that caused permanent discontinuation of therapy. * Patients with history of progressive disease while receiving therapy per ANBL1221. * Patient declines participation in the NANT biology study and the site has not been granted a waiver from participation. * Systemic Steroids and Immunosuppressive Medications * Patients who have received pharmacologic doses of systemic steroids 7 days prior to study registration or likely to require them after study registration. Note: Exceptions are the following:
• Patients known to require 2 mg/kg or less of hydrocortisone (or an equivalent dose of an alternative corticosteroid) as premedication for blood product administration.
• The use of conventional doses of inhaled steroids for the treatment of asthma
• The use of physiologic doses of steroids for patients with known adrenal insufficiency. * Patients on any other immunosuppressive medications (e.g., cyclosporine, tacrolimus) at the time of study registration.

Targeted Therapy Directed by Genetic Testing in Treating Patients With Locally Advanced or Advanced Solid Tumors, The ComboMATCH Screening Trial

This ComboMATCH patient screening trial is the gateway to a coordinated set of clinical trials to study cancer treatment directed by genetic testing. Patients with solid tumors that have spread to nearby tissue or lymph nodes (locally advanced) or have spread to other places in the body (advanced) and have progressed on at least one line of standard systemic therapy or have no standard treatment that has been shown to prolong overall survival may be candidates for these trials. Genetic tests look at the unique genetic material (genes) of patients' tumor cells. Patients with some genetic changes or abnormalities (mutations) may benefit from treatment that targets that particular genetic mutation. ComboMATCH is designed to match patients to a treatment that may work to control their tumor and may help doctors plan better treatment for patients with locally advanced or advanced solid tumors.

* Patient must have measurable disease * Patient must have an Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status between 0-2 OR patient must have Lansky performance status of \>= 50% or Karnofsky performance status of \>= 50% * Patient must be deemed potentially eligible for a ComboMATCH Treatment Trial as assessed by the enrolling provider * All patients must have sequencing results available from a National Cancer Institute (NCI) credentialed Designated Laboratory (DL) * Patients must have locally advanced or advanced histologically documented solid tumors requiring therapy and meet one of the following criteria: * Patients must have progressed on at least one line of standard systemic therapy OR * Patients whose disease has no standard treatment that has been shown to prolong overall survival * Patient must meet one of the following requirements: * Patients 18 years and older who have tumor amenable to minimal risk image-guided or direct vision biopsy and must be willing and able to undergo a tumor biopsy to obtain samples for research if the patient is to enroll in a ComboMATCH treatment trial OR * Patients 18 years and older who do not have disease that is biopsiable at minimal risk to the patient must confirm availability of an archival tumor tissue specimen for submission for research if the patient enrolls to a ComboMATCH Treatment Trial. This tumor tissue must meet the following criteria: * Tissue must have been collected within 12 months prior to registration to the EAY191 Registration Trial * Patient must not have had a Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (RECIST) response (complete response \[CR\] or partial response \[PR\]) to any intervening therapy after collection of the tissue * Formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tumor tissue block(s) or slides must be available OR * Patients under 18 years old must confirm availability of an archival tumor tissue specimen for submission for research if patient enrolls to a ComboMATCH Treatment Trial. Quantifying Motor Network Dynamics to Predict and Enhance Outcomes in Pediatric Dystonia

The goal of this study is to understand the development and progression of childhood dystonia, a movement disorder, in children. The main questions it aims to answer are: How does the activity of the neural network evolve in children with dystonia in the context of motor development? What are the effects of chronic and active stimulation on cortical and subcortical motor network function in children with deep brain stimulation (DBS)? Participants will: * Undergo noninvasive electrophysiological measurements (EEG, EMG) to quantify neural network activity. They will be tested at rest and during a simple motor reaction task. * Children with DBS will be assessed in the on and off DBS state to assess effects of chronic and active changes in motor network function.

A Research Study to Advance the CF Therapeutics Pipeline for People Without Modulators

The REACH study is for people with CF who do not take cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR) modulators. The goal of the REACH study is to collect research data, including health data and specimens, from people with CF who do not take CFTR modulators. This data may be used to inform CF research, help design CF clinical trials and support the development of new treatments for people with CF who do not take CFTR modulators. Another goal of this study is to learn about research involvement for people with CF who do not take CFTR modulators, engage them in research, and give them an opportunity to learn about what is involved in participating in a CF research study.

Pulmonary Hypertension Association Registry (PHAR)

The PHA Registry (PHAR) is a national study about people who have pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) and chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH). PHAR collects information from people with PAH and CTEPH who are cared for in participating PHA-accredited Pulmonary Hypertension Care Centers throughout the U.S. PHAR will determine how people with PAH and CTEPH are evaluated, tested, and treated, and will observe how well these participants do. The goal is to see if people with PH are treated according to recommended guidelines, and to see if there are certain factors that can lead to better or worse outcomes. PHAR will include information about people with PAH and CTEPH in the U.S. who are seen at participating PHA-accredited PH Care Centers. PHAR contains data about patient care and outcomes. Specifically, data in the PHAR includes information on diagnosis; clinical status; socioeconomic status; diagnosis test results; body size; treatment information; interest in participating in clinical trials; family health and social history; and information about smoking, alcohol, or drug use. Participants are followed over time, and provide updates such as changes in therapy, how often participants need to go to the hospital, and survival. Such information may help healthcare providers provide better care.

Inclusion Criteria:
* Age 1-39 years at the time of study enrollment * With diagnosis of neuroblastoma with histologic verification * Classified as high-risk neuroblastoma as defined by Children's Oncology Group (COG) risk classification, including patients initially classified as low or intermediate risk at diagnosis with subsequent reclassification as high-risk disease * With relapsed or refractory disease, including at least one of the following:
• Recurrent disease at any time after completion of frontline therapy
• Progressive disease at any time following standard induction therapy
• Primary resistant or refractory disease defined by failure to achieve a complete response by International Neuroblastoma Response Criteria (INRC) after at least four cycles of standard, multidrug induction chemotherapy on or according to a high-risk neuroblastoma protocol * Patients must have evaluable disease documented within four weeks of study enrollment. Evaluable disease must include at least one of the following:
• Measurable tumor (\>10 mm in at least one dimension) on MRI or CT scan that is either MIBG, FDG or 68Ga-DOTATATE avid
• One or more MIBG, FDG, or 68Ga-DOTATATE avid bone lesion
• Microscopic marrow metastasis based on routine morphology and/or immunohistochemistry in at least one sample from bilateral aspirates and biopsies at the time of study enrollment. * With performance level of \>50% on Lansky (\<16 years) or Karnofsky (\>16 years) scales. Patients who are wheelchair bound due to paralysis will be considered ambulatory when assessing their performance score. * Adequate baseline cardiac and pulmonary function including a left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) \>50% by echocardiogram and pulse oximetry \>92% on room air documented within four weeks of study enrollment. * Adequate baseline hematologic function: peripheral absolute neutrophil count (ANC) ≥500/µL, with no receipt of long-acting myeloid growth factors within 14 days or short-acting myeloid growth factors within 7 days of study entry, and a platelet count ≥50,000/µL, with patients required to be transfusion independent for at least 7 days, unless cytopenias are related to marrow metastasis as defined above. * With available haploidentical related donors.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Infectious disease: Active, uncontrolled infection or received a live vaccine within 30 days prior to study enrollment. * Cardiac function: LVEF \<50% by echocardiogram, serious uncontrolled cardiac arrhythmias, or history of myocarditis or congestive heart failure (New York Heart Association Functional Classification III or IV) * Pulmonary function: Active interstitial lung disease (ILD)/pneumonitis or history of ILD/pneumonitis requiring systemic corticosteroid treatment. * Renal function: Glomerular Function Rate (GFR) \<50 mL/min/1.73 m2 as measured by cystatin C or NM GFR * Hepatic function: Total bilirubin \>5 mg/dL, AST and ALT \>10 times the upper limit of normal * Concomitant medications: receiving \>0.5 mg/kg prednisone equivalent daily * Receipt of any concomitant investigational treatments within 30 days at the time of the infusion of the IP. These investigational treatments include drugs, biologics, or devices that are still under investigation in clinical trials or research settings. The use of such agents may confound study results or pose additional safety risks * Known allergy or hypersensitivity reaction to IL-2 injections * Pregnant or breastfeeding women

Trial of Scheduled Versus Treatment Administration of Donor-Derived Viral Specific T-cells for Viral Infections After Stem Cell Transplant

The purpose of this research study is to learn more about the use of viral specific T-lymphocytes (VSTs) to prevent or treat viral infections that may happen after allogeneic stem cell transplant. Allogeneic means the stem cells come from another person. VSTs are cells specially designed to fight viral infections that may happen after a stem cell transplant (SCT). Stem cell transplant reduces the body's ability to fight infections. Viral infections are a common problem after transplant and can cause significant complications. Moreover, treatment of viral infections is expensive and time consuming, with families often administering prolonged treatments with intravenous anti-viral medications, or patients requiring prolonged admissions to the hospital. The medicines can also have side effects like damage to the kidneys or reduction in the blood counts, so in this study the investigators are trying to find a better way to treat these infections.

SCHEDULED ARM:
Inclusion Criteria:
* Recipient must be at least 21 days after stem cell infusion * Clinical status must allow tapering of any steroids to \< 0.5mg/kg prednisone or other steroid equivalent * No critical illness making VST infusion hazardous
Exclusion Criteria:
* Active acute GVHD grades II-IV. * Uncontrolled relapse of malignancy. * Infusion of ATG or alemtuzumab within 2 weeks prior to VST infusion. Alemtuzumab levels will be collected in the second week following stem cell infusion in patients who received alemtuzumab as part of their conditioning regimen. The level must be less than or equal to 0.15 prior to infusion of VSTs. In patients with level greater than 0.15, alemtuzumab levels can be checked serially until a level ≤ 0.15 is obtained. They would become eligible for scheduled VST infusion at that point. TREATMENT ARM
Inclusion Criteria:
* Blood adenovirus PCR ≥1,000 * Blood CMV PCR ≥ 500 * Blood EBV PCR ≥ 9,000 * Plasma BKV PCR \>1,000 * Evidence of invasive adenovirus infection. Adenovirus infection will be defined as the presence of adenoviral positivity as detected by PCR or culture from one site such as stool or blood or urine or nasopharynx. Adenovirus disease will be defined as the presence of adenoviral positivity as detected by culture or PCR from more than 2 sites such as stool or blood or urine or nasopharynx. * Evidence of invasive CMV infection, defined as pneumonitis, retinitis, colitis, hepatitis * Evidence of EBV-associated lymphoproliferation (EBV-LPD) defined as proven EBV-LPD by biopsy or probable EBV-LPD defined as an elevated EBV DNA level in the blood associated with clinical symptoms (adenopathy or fever or masses on imaging) but without biopsy confirmation. * Evidence of symptomatic BK virus infection, defined as hemorrhagic cystitis or BK nephropathy. * No active acute GVHD grades II-IV * No uncontrolled relapse of malignancy * No infusion of ATG or alemtuzumab within 2 weeks of VST infusion. * Clinical status must allow tapering of any steroids to \< 0.5mg/kg prednisone or other steroid equivalent

Studying Health Outcomes After Treatment in Patients With Retinoblastoma (RIVERBOAT)

* Unilateral or bilateral intraocular retinoblastoma * Diagnosis between the ages of 0 - 17.99 years * Diagnosis on or after January 1, 2008 * No exclusions based on primary or secondary treatment modalities * Retrospective group patients must be ≥ 6 months post end of treatment at study entry * For those already at this timepoint, they are now eligible * For those in treatment, or otherwise not yet at this timepoint, they are eligible once at they are ≥ 6 months post end of treatment * Prospective group patients must not have begun treatment * Patients with diminished capacity will not be enrolled. * Language: Patients must be able to communicate in English, French, or Spanish * Sibling Cohort: One sibling, not affected by retinoblastoma will be enrolled, preference for the sibling closest in age to the RB patient. * Regulatory Requirements: All patients and/or their parents or legal guardians must sign a written informed consent. A Socio-ecological Approach for Improving Self-management in Adolescents With SCD (SC-Thrive)

The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate the impact of SCThrive (a behavioral self-management intervention) on patient activation, self-management behaviors, daily functioning, and emergency room visits in 260 adolescents and young adults with sickle cell disease (SCD) ages 13-21 receiving care at 1 of 4 pediatric SCD clinics. The main question\[s\]it aims to answer are: * Does SCThrive improve patient activation? * Does SCThrive improve self-management behaviors, daily functioning, and decrease emergency room visits? * Are any improvements maintained 3 months after treatment? Participants will complete self-management related surveys before, after, and 3 months following their participation in an 8- week, virtual group intervention with an accompanying mobile app (SCThrive). Researchers will compare outcomes for participants who receive SCThrive and participants who receive uniform standard care (SCHealthED which = standard of care plus SCD educational text messages) to see if there are differences in patient activation, self-management behaviors, daily functioning, and emergency room visits.

Study of Oral Administration of LP-118 in Patients With Relapsed or Refractory CLL, SLL, MDS, MDS/MPN, AML, CMML-2, MPN-BP, ALL, MF, NHL, RT, MM or T-PLL.

This is a Phase 1, multi-center, open-label study with a dose-escalation phase (Phase 1a) and a cohort expansion phase (Phase 1b), to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and PK profile of LP-118 under a once daily oral dosing schedule in up to 100 subjects.

Inclusion Criteria:

• Male or female subjects, ≥ 18 years of age at the time of Screening with the following exception as outlined below: -For T cell and B cell ALL subjects with age between 13 - 18 years, their body weight shall be ≥ 40 kg.
• Eligible subject must have an advanced hematologic malignancy including: Group 1: Group 1a * Relapsed or refractory low risk tumor lysis CLL/SLL subjects (ALC \< 25 x 109 cells/L and all lymph nodes \< 5 cm) who have received at least two prior therapies. Subjects may also have slowly progressed on irreversible BTK inhibitors while on treatment with these agents. * For CLL/SLL subjects who come off BCR antagonist treatment (BTK inhibitors, P13K inhibitors, etc.) allows washout for 2 days as these subjects, progress quickly after treatment discontinuation and then remain eligible (steroids may be given during these two days to allow disease control). Group 1b * Morphologically confirmed diagnosis of MF in accordance with the WHO 2016 revised criteria, that is relapsed, intolerant, and/or refractory and that, in the opinion of the Investigator, subjects who have no available therapies known to provide clinical benefits; * Morphologically confirmed diagnosis of MDS/MPN, excluding juvenile myelomonocytic leukemia (JMML), in accordance with WHO 2016 revised criteria, that is relapsed and/or refractory and that, in the opinion of the Investigator, subjects who have no available therapies known to provide clinical benefits; * Chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML) with \<9% blasts; * Or atypical chronic myeloid leukemia (aCML) with Hgb \> 10g/dL, WBC count \< 50 x 109 cells/L, \<10% immature circulating cells; * Or MDS/MPN with ring sideroblasts and thrombocytosis (MDS/MPN-RS-T) with Hgb \> 10g/dL; * Or myelodysplastic/myeloproliferative neoplasm, unclassifiable (MDS/MPN-UC) * CMML-2 with 10-19% blasts as defined by WHO 2016 revised criteria that is relapsed and/or refractory to prior HMA therapy; * Relapsed and/or refractory MPN-BP as defined by WHO 2016 revised criteria that is transformed MPN with \>20% myeloid blasts in the peripheral blood or bone marrow, in the opinion of the Investigator, subjects who have no available therapies known to provide clinical benefits; * MDS subjects with refractory anemia with excess blasts (MDS-EB; subtype MDS-EB-1 or MDS-EB-2) as defined by WHO 2016 revised criteria and/or MDS with high- or very high-risk (risk score \> 4.5) per the Revised International Prognostic Scoring System (IPSS-R, refer to Appendix 11; Section 15.13) who have no available therapies known to provide clinical benefit; * Relapsed or refractory AML subjects (including de novo AML, secondary AML evolving from MDS or MPN or other antecedent hematologic disorder, and therapy-related AML) as defined by WHO 2016 revised criteria, subjects who have no available therapies known to provide clinical benefits; subjects with prior BCL-2 inhibitor therapy are permitted. WBC needs to be ≤ 25 × 109 cells/L at the time of initiating investigational therapy (hydroxyurea is allowed to control WBC prior to and during therapy). Group 1c * Relapsed or refractory low risk tumor lysis NHL (NHL histologies \[MZL, FL, WM, DLBCL, ATLL, PTCL, AITL, ALCL, MCL\] are to be included per the 2016 World Health Organization \[WHO\] criteria) subjects, must have histologically documented diagnosis of a non-Hodgkin lymphoma as defined in the WHO classification scheme. Subjects have received at least 2 prior therapies and have no available therapies known to provide clinical benefit; For subjects with indolent NHL (Grade 1\~3a FL, MZL) who have received two prior systemic therapies and have relapsed or progressed according to 2014 Lugano; * Low risk tumor lysis transformed follicular, MZL, WM (to large cell or aggressive lymphoma) subjects who must have received at least one prior systemic therapy for the transformed lymphoma (unless combination chemotherapy is not appropriate); * Low risk tumor lysis Richter transformation (RT): previously treated CLL and biopsy-proven Richter transformation with DLBCL histology after receiving at least one regimen for RT; * Relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma (MM) subjects who have received a proteasome inhibitor (PI), an immunomodulatory drug (IMiD), and an anti-CD38 and have no treatment options available known to provide clinical benefit; * Low risk tumor lysis T-cell prolymphocytic leukemia (T-PLL) subjects who have received one therapy for this and are relapsed or refractory; Group 1d * Relapsed or refractory ALL with dexamethasone run-in \[5 days, dexamethasone 10mg/m2 (divided BID)\]; * Or r/r ALL in remission but with detectable MRD (MRD +) by any detection method per institution standard of practice; * IT chemo (per institutional SOC) is permitted prior to LP-118 C1D1 dosing, and then concomitantly on treatment if in best interest of the subject; * Relapsed or refractory ALL subjects with B cell phenotype who have received at least two prior therapeutic regimens (such as multi-agent chemotherapy and/or tyrosine kinase inhibitors including bosutinib, dasatinib, imatinib, nilotinib or ponatinib) and failed, or are currently ineligible/intolerant for CD19-based target therapy (e.g. Blinatumomab); Relapsed or refractory ALL subjects with T cell phenotype who have received at least one prior therapy and failed. * Relapsed or refractory ALL subjects with age between 13 - 18 years and have body weight ≥ 40kg, ALL subjects with B cell phenotype who have received at least two prior therapeutic regimens (such as multi-agent chemotherapy and/or tyrosine kinase inhibitors including bosutinib, dasatinib, imatinib, nilotinib or ponatinib) and progressed, or are currently ineligible/intolerant for CD19-based target therapy (e.g. Blinatumomab); Relapsed or refractory ALL subjects with T cell phenotype who have received at least one prior therapy and progressed. Group 2 * Relapsed or refractory intermediate and high risk tumor lysis CLL/SLL subjects who have received at least two prior therapies; * Relapsed or refractory intermediate and high risk tumor lysis NHL (NHL histologies \[MZL, FL, WM, DLBCL, ATLL, PTCL, AITL, ALCL, MCL\] are to be included per the 2016 World Health Organization \[WHO\] criteria) subjects, must have histologically documented diagnosis of a non-Hodgkin lymphoma as defined in the WHO classification scheme. • For Group 1d ALL subjects only, white blood cell (WBC) count ≤ 25 × 109 cells/L at the time of enrollment (glucocorticoids or hydroxyurea is permitted to control WBC count prior to and during therapy).
• Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance score ≤ 2.
• Adequate cardiac function defined as shortening fraction of ≥ 40% by 2D echocardiogram without Doppler.
• Subject must have adequate bone marrow (independent of growth factor support), coagulation, renal, and hepatic function, per laboratory reference ranges at Screening as follows: Bone marrow criteria: * Group 1 (r/r low risk tumor lysis CLL/SLL (ALC \< 25 x 109 cells/L and all lymph nodes \< 5 cm), NHL, RT, MM, T-PLL): * Absolute Neutrophil Count (ANC) ≥ 1 x 109/L (An exception is for subjects with an ANC\<1 x 109/L and bone marrow heavily infiltrated with underlying disease) * Platelets ≥ 50 x 109/L on day of screening (entry platelet count must be independent of transfusion with 14 days of screening); * Hemostasis criteria: Activated partial thromboplastin time (APPT) and prothrombin time (PT) ≤ 1.5 × the upper limit of normal (ULN); * Renal function criteria: Serum creatinine ≤ ULN (per local institution reference range) or Calculated creatinine clearance (Cr Cl) ≥ 60 mL/min using 24-hour CrCl OR by Cockcroft-Gault formula using actual body weight. * Hepatic function criteria: Aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) ≤ 3.0 × ULN; bilirubin ≤ 1.5 × ULN (except subjects with Gilbert's Syndrome, who may have a bilirubin \> 1.5 × ULN, per discussion between the Investigator and the Medical Monitor).
• Females of childbearing potential (i.e., non-postmenopausal for at least 2 years or surgically sterile) and non-sterile males must practice at least 1 of the following methods of birth control with their partner(s) throughout the study and for 90 days after discontinuing study drug: * Total abstinence from sexual intercourse as the preferred lifestyle of the subject; periodic abstinence is not acceptable; * Surgically sterile partner(s) by vasectomy, bilateral orchiectomy, bilateral tubal ligation, bilateral oophorectomy or hysterectomy; * Intrauterine device; * Hormonal contraceptives (oral, parenteral, vaginal ring or transdermal) associated with inhibition of ovulation initiated for at least 1 month prior to study drug administration.
• Females of childbearing potential must have a negative pregnancy result as follows: * At Screening on a serum sample obtained within 7 days prior to the first study drug administration, and * Prior to dosing on a urine or serum sample obtained on the first day of study drug administration if ithas been \> 7 days since obtaining the serum pregnancy test results in Screening. * If a urine pregnancy test at any timepoint during the study is positive or indeterminate, a serum pregnancy test will be performed for confirmation
• Male subjects must refrain from sperm donation, from initial study drug administration until 90 days after the last dose of study drug.
• Subject must be able to understand and voluntarily sign and date an informed consent form (ICF), approved by an IRB, prior to any protocol-related procedures.
Exclusion Criteria:
A subject will not be eligible for study participation if he/she meets any of the following criteria.
• Subjects who have undergone autologous/allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) therapy within 60 days of the first dose of LP-118, or subjects on immunosuppressive therapy post-HSCT at the time of Screening, or currently with clinically significant graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) as per treating physician (Subjects in relapse after allogeneic transplantation must be off treatment with systemic immunosuppressive agents for at least 4 weeks. The use of topical steroids and/or up to 20 mg/day prednisone or equivalent systemic steroids for ongoing GVHD is permitted.
• Subject has a history of other malignancies within past 12 months that are active and could result in competing risks. These cases shall be discussed with the Medical Monitor with the exception below. * Subject with breast cancer or prostate cancer on endocrine therapy with stable disease; * Continuation of maintenance therapy in patients with adequately treated malignancy * Adequately treated in situ carcinoma of the cervix uteri; * Basal cell carcinoma of the skin or localized squamous cell carcinoma of the skin; * Previous malignancy confined and surgically resected (or treated with other modalities) with curative intent. * Cancer with expected survival of 2 years or more or that will not confound evaluation of LP-118 treatment
• Subject has received any of the following therapies within 14 days or 5 half-lives (whichever is shorter) prior to the first dose of LP-118, or has not recovered to ≤ Grade 2 clinically significant AEs of the previous therapy (excluding neuropathy): * Any anti-neoplastic therapy including chemotherapy, hormonal therapy, radiotherapy, biologic or immunotherapy, targeted small molecule agents, etc. (corticosteroid therapy \< 20 mg/day prednisone equivalent according to institutional guidelines to treat disease associated symptoms are permitted); * For MF subjects who come off JAK2 antagonists, allow washout for 2 days as these subject's progress quickly after treatment discontinuation and remain eligible (steroids may be given during these two days to allow disease control). * Subjects in need of immediate cytoreduction should be excluded. * Any investigational therapy. * Live vaccines
• Subject has received the following medications, therapies, or natural products within 7 days prior to the first dose of LP-118: * Cytochrome P450, family 3, subfamily A (CYP3A) strong inhibitors (itraconazole, etc.), or substrates (Appendix 19); * Subject has received strong Cytochrome P450, family 3, subfamily A (CYP3A) inducers within 14 days prior to the first dose of LP-118 (Appendix 19); * Grapefruit, grapefruit products, Seville oranges (including marmalade containing Seville oranges) or Star fruit; * There is a 28-day washout period required for subjects who have had prior CAR-T treatment if there is no evidence of cytokine release syndrome (CRS) or other adverse events related to the CAR-T treatment, per discussion with the Medical Monitor.
• Subject has a significant history of renal, neurologic, psychiatric, pulmonary, endocrinologic, metabolic, immunologic, cardiovascular, or hepatic disease that, in the opinion of the Investigator, would adversely affect his/her participation in this study. Any other medical or social condition deemed by the investigator to be likely to interfere with a subject's ability to participate in the study, place the subject at unacceptable risk or interfere with the interpretation of the results. For subjects who have required surgical intervention for any above diseases within the past 6 months, a discussion with the Investigator and the Medical Monitor is needed.
• Subject has baseline prolongation of the heart rate-corrected QT (QTcF) interval ≥ 480 ms (calculated per Fridericia's formula \[QTcF = QT/RR (1/3)\])), a cardiovascular disability status of New York Heart Association Class ≥ 2 or associated other significant screening ECG or ultrasonic cardiogram abnormalities, per Investigator's judgement. For any subject with underlying RBBB or LBBB, cardiology review is needed to correct QTcF calculation using Sponsor recommended formula.
• Subject has significant a history of congenital long QT syndrome or Torsades de Pointes (TdP), uncontrolled or symptomatic arrhythmias, congestive heart failure, myocardial infarction, stroke, or intracranial hemorrhage within 6 months prior to the first dose of LP-118.
• Subject exhibits evidence of other clinically significant uncontrolled condition(s) including, but not limited to: * Uncontrolled active systemic infection (bacterial, fungal, viral); * Known poorly controlled human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) or active hepatitis B or C infection (active hepatitis B defined as HbsAg positive, or HbcAb positive with detectable HBV DNA load; active hepatitis C defined as HCV antibody positive with HCV RNA positive); * Unexplained fever \> 38.5°C within 7 days prior to the first dose of study drug administration (at the discretion of the Investigator if the fever is considered attributed to the subject's malignancy or an explained infection may be enrolled).
• A female subject is pregnant or breast-feeding.
• Subject incapacity to swallow oral medications, with any malabsorption condition, known dysphagia, short-gut syndrome, gastroparesis, or other conditions that, in the opinion of the Investigator, may limit the ingestion or gastrointestinal absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion of drugs administered orally.
• Subjects with known and active central nervous system (CNS) involvement at Screening.
• Subjects with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of LP-118 (see Investigators Brochure for a list of components).
• Subjects who are taking QT-prolonging drugs that are known to cause Torsades de Pointes (TdP) (See Appendix 17 for the list of medications that are associated with TdP). In the event a prohibited medication might cause TdP, the PI must first determine if the risk to benefit is in favor of the subject and then discuss with the Medical Monitor about that particular medication on a case-by-case basis.
• Major surgery within 14 days prior to the first dose of study drug.

Inclusion Criteria:
* Must have completed the dosing planned in the primary pediatric guselkumab study * Must have received benefit from continued guselkumab therapy in the opinion of the investigator * Before enrollment, a participant must be either: (a) Not of childbearing potential, OR (b) Of childbearing potential and not sexually active, practicing abstinence or a highly effective method of contraception and agrees to remain on a highly effective method while receiving study intervention and until 12 weeks after the last dose - the end of relevant systemic exposure * Parent(s) (or their legally acceptable representative) must sign an informed consent form (ICF) indicating that he or she understands the purpose of, and procedures required for, the study and is willing to allow the child to participate in the study. Assent is required from participants who are capable of understanding the nature of the study, typically those aged 7 years and older, to ensure their willingness to participate. An adolescent who provides assent will have the opportunity to sign an adult ICF upon reaching the age of majority, thereby affirming their understanding of the study's purpose and procedures, as well as their willingness to participate.
Exclusion Criteria:

Inclusion Criteria:

• Males or females between 1 and \<12 years of age at Day 1 (day of vaccination). Note: Screening should only occur in the active/open cohorts. Please see Section 6.1 for details
• Body weight ≥6.5 kg.
• In general good health, in the opinion of the investigator, based on medical history and physical examination.
• Able and willing to provide informed assent for study participation and primary caregiver is able and willing to provide informed consent for study participation, in accordance with the Institutional Review Board (IRB)/Independent Ethics Committee (IEC) determination and applicable federal and local regulations and guidelines.
• Able and willing to complete all scheduled visits and comply with all study procedures.
Exclusion Criteria:

• Participation or planned participation in an investigational clinical study (eg, vaccine, drug) within 30 days before Day 1 and for the duration of the study. Note: Participation in an observational study or follow-up phase of a study may be allowed; these instances should be discussed with the sponsor's medical monitor and written agreement obtained prior to enrollment.
• Current acute illness, with or without fever.
• Current or recent CHIKV infection indicated by positive immunoglobulin M (IgM) and negative immunoglobulin G (IgG) rapid diagnostic test (RDT) results at screening in the Philippines only; participants in the US will not be tested using the RDT.
• History of any known or suspected allergy or history of anaphylaxis to any component of the investigational product.
• History of any known congenital or acquired immunodeficiency or immunosuppressive condition that could impact response to vaccination.
• Prior receipt or anticipated use of systemic immunomodulatory or immunosuppressive medications from 180 days prior to screening through Day 22. Note: Systemic corticosteroid use at a dose or equivalent dose of 20 mg or greater (≥0.5 mg/kg for children \<40 kg) of prednisone for 14 consecutive days or more within 90 days of screening through Day 22 is exclusionary. The use of inhaled, intranasal, topical, or ocular steroids is allowed.
• Receipt or anticipated receipt of immunoglobulin from 180 days prior to screening through the duration of the study.
• Any administration or planned administration of: * A licensed live attenuated vaccine within 28 days before administration of investigational product and until Visit 2 (Day 15 or 22, as applicable) has occurred. * Other licensed (not live) vaccine within 14 days before administration of investigational product and until Visit 2 (Day 15 or 22, as applicable) has occurred. * Another licensed or investigational CHIKV vaccine.
• Known infection with human immunodeficiency virus, hepatitis C virus (HCV), or hepatitis B virus. Note: Positive anti-HCV antibodies and negative HCV polymerase chain reaction would NOT be exclusionary. Polymerase chain reaction testing will not be performed as part of this protocol.
• Bleeding disorder or receipt of anticoagulants in the 21 days before Day 1, contraindicating intramuscular vaccination, as judged by the investigator.
• Receipt or anticipated receipt of blood products from 90 days before Day 1 through the duration of the study.
• Onset of menarche prior to study vaccination.
• Planned medical or surgical procedure that could adversely impact the participant's participation or the conduct of the study.
• Identified as an immediate family member of the investigator or employee with direct involvement in the study. Bavarian Nordic staff members and their families, contractors, agents, business partners, and anyone with a financial interest in the outcome of the study.
• Any other medical condition, including severe malnutrition, that, in the opinion of the investigator, could adversely impact the participant's participation or conduct of the study.

Tracking Early Emergence of Sound Perception Impairments in FXS With Multimodal fNIRS/EEG-Preschool Age

Individuals with Fragile X Syndrome show differences in how they understand and learn language from infancy. They frequently have lifelong delays in speech and language as well. In addition, they experience other auditory symptoms, including being very sensitive to certain sounds as well as being more sensitive than others to loud sounds. The underlying brain activity for sound perception and speech learning in Fragile X is not well understood, especially in the infant, toddler, and preschool years. This study uses behavioral assessment of speech and language abilities, neuroimaging, and hearing tests to understand how speech and hearing are different in children with Fragile X Syndrome.

Transforming Care for Individuals With Childhood-onset Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (cSLE)

This study aims to investigate the feasibility and effectiveness of a cognitive behavioral coping skills program, Treatment and Education Approach for Childhood-onset Lupus (TEACH), for youth with cSLE when integrated into medical care. This TEACH program aims to teach participants skills in order to cope with fatigue, pain, and depressive symptoms--symptoms that commonly affect adolescents and young adults with lupus.

* 1\) be diagnosed with cSLE, meeting the revised American College of Rheumatology Classification Criteria for SLE by age 18 years * 2\) be between the ages of 12 and 22 years * 3\) in recognition of the heterogeneity of cSLE symptoms, have elevations in fatigue (i.e., T scores ≥60; or at least moderate symptoms, on the PROMIS measure) OR depressive symptoms (≥5 on the PHQ-9, T Score ≥ 60 on the BDI or CDI II ), OR pain (i.e., average pain ≥3 out of 10 on the Pain VAS) * 4\) have English language proficiency (their primary caregiver can have English or Spanish language proficiency for the child to enroll) * 5\) those under age 18 years (US), or 16 years (Canada) must have a consenting caregiver

Inclusion Criteria:
Part 1 Patients are eligible to be included in the study only if all of the following criteria apply:
• Patient must be ≥ 15 years of age and must have provided written informed consent and assent, where applicable (by patient or legal guardian). Those aged ≥15 to \<18 years must weigh at least 55 kg.
• Patients with suspected FAP-expressing metastatic sarcoma.
• Patients must have histological, pathological, and/or cytological confirmation of a metastatic sarcoma (e.g., undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma, liposarcoma, Leiomyosarcoma, myxofibrosarcoma, solitary fibrous tumor, Ewing's sarcoma, synovial sarcoma, sarcoma not otherwise specified, osteosarcoma).
• Patients must be willing to consent to provide sufficient and adequate archived tumor tissue samples (formalin fixed, paraffin embedded sample), preferably from a biopsy of a tumor lesion obtained either at the time of or after the diagnosis of disease; if archival tissue sample is unavailable, a new biopsy should be performed on the most accessible lesion(s) to obtain the tumor tissue sample.
• Adequate renal function as determined by a calculated creatinine clearance ≥ 60 mL/min (Cockcroft Gault equation).
• Women of childbearing potential (WOCBP) must have a negative beta-human chorionic gonadotropin (β-hCG) test and must not be breastfeeding. WOCBP must agree to use a highly effective method of contraception during the study and for 28 days after the last injection of the study drug.
• Male subjects who are able to father a child must agree to avoid impregnating a partner, to adhere to a highly effective method of contraception and to not donate sperm during the study and for 28 days after the last injection of the study drug.
Inclusion Criteria:
Part 2
• Patient must be ≥ 15 years of age and must have provided written informed consent and assent, where applicable (by patient or legal guardian). Those aged ≥15 to \<18 years must weigh at least 55 kg.
• Patients must have histological, pathological, and/or cytological confirmation of a sarcoma or GIT cancers e.g., esophageal, gastric, pancreatic, colorectal cancer.
• Patients must have suspected FAP expressing sarcoma or GIT cancers and planned for surgery within 60 days (from study imaging).
• Patients must be willing to consent to provide sufficient and adequate tumor tissue samples (formalin fixed, paraffin embedded sample), from their planned surgery after participating in study imaging.
• Adequate renal function as determined by a calculated creatinine clearance ≥ 60 mL/min (Cockcroft Gault equation).
• Women of childbearing potential (WOCBP) must have a negative beta-human chorionic gonadotropin (β-hCG) test and must not be breastfeeding. WOCBP must agree to use a highly effective method of contraception during the study and for 28 days after the last injection of the study drug.

• Patients participating in another clinical trial at the time of screening for this study.
• Patients who have had systemic anti-cancer therapy administered in the 14 days prior to IP administration.
• Has undergone or plans to undergo PET or single-photon emission computerized tomography (SPECT) imaging with any other FAPi imaging agent within 6 months prior to or after participating in this trial.
• History of QT/QTc interval prolongation, a marked baseline QT/QTc interval prolongation (e.g., repeated demonstration of a QTc interval, calculated with Fridericia's correction, \> 450 milliseconds) or taking medication known to cause QT/QTc prolongation.
• A history of additional risk factors for Torsades de Pointes (e.g., heart failure, hypokalemia, family history of long QT syndrome).
Exclusion Criteria:
Part 2
• Patients who have had neoadjuvant anti-cancer therapy administered in the 14 days prior to IP administration.
• Evidence of metastatic or advanced, inoperable disease.
• Unlikely to comply with protocol procedures, restrictions and requirements and judged by the investigator to be unsuitable for participation.
• Known pregnancy or breastfeeding.
• Any PET scan done within 10 physical half-lives of the PET agent prior to receiving study intervention.
• Patients participating in another clinical trial at the time of screening for this study.
• Has undergone or plans to undergo PET or SPECT imaging with any other FAPi imaging agent within 6 months prior to or after participating in this trial.

QUELIMMUNE (SCD-PED) PediAtric SurVeillance REgistry (SAVE)

QUELIMMUNE is FDA-approved under an HDE for the treatment of pediatric patients (weight ≥10kg and age ≤22 years) with AKI due to sepsis or a septic condition on antibiotic therapy and requiring RRT. The purpose of this surveillance registry is to prospectively collect safety data among all patients treated with QUELIMMUNE under the HDE. More specifically, we intend on comparing the incidence of new (secondary) blood stream infections in the first 28 days after SCD-PED initiation to a comparator group of matched CKRT patients with sepsis who did not receive treatment with QUELIMMUNE

* Subject has short bowel syndrome, defined as 50% or less of expected bowel length based on subject age and/or height, and measured at the time of the subject's prior intestinal resection. * Minimum residual bowel length of 3 cm. * Male or female patients aged 3 mo to 65 years inclusive * The subject, parent or legal guardian of the subject is able to read, understand, and is willing to provide informed consent. * The subject or parent or legal guardian of the patient is able to understand the requirements of the study and is willing to bring the subject to all clinic visits and complete all study related procedures (as determined by the investigator).
Exclusion Criteria:
* Ultra-short bowel syndrome defined as less than 3 cm of bowel length. * Diagnosed Inflammatory bowel disease-unclassified (not Crohn's or ulcerative colitis) * Evidence of active or prior Crohn's disease. * Primary intestinal failure (i.e., without loss or resection of intestinal tissue). * Coagulopathy, as defined by INR \> 1.4 or platelets \< 100. * Known immunocompromised status including, but not limited to, individuals who have undergone organ transplantation, chemotherapy or radiotherapy within the past 12 months, who have clinically significant leukopenia, who are positive for the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) or whose immune status makes the subject a poor candidate for clinical trial participation in the opinion of the Investigator. * Subject is determined by the investigator to be unsuitable for participation in this trial for any reason.
